1. Your annual NetID password change may cause printing to stop working because it Windows has stored the old password. To fix, update the password in Windows Credential Manager.
   1. In the Windows search box, type 'credential' and click Credential Manager.
      
   2. Click Windows Credentials and expand the entry for arch-print.ad.syr.edu.
      
   3. Click Edit and fill in your new NetID password and click Save.
