  • If you get an 'access denied' message when trying to add ARCH-Luma-Postscript, follow these steps.
    1. Download the Luma Postscript driver here.
    2. Move the driver file to its own folder (create a folder and copy or move the file into it)
    3. Unzip/Extract the file. You should be left with a folder called 1.34 PS3.
    4. In the Windows search box, type 'control panel' and open the app.

    5. Under Hardwood and Sound, click 'View devices and printers'.

    6. Single click on any one of the existing printers. This will cause a new menu item to appear at the top called 'Print server properties'. Click Print server properties.

    7. In the Print Server Properties box, click the Drivers tab. Then click the Add button.

    8. The Add Printer Driver Wizard will start. Click Next and click Next again.
    9. Click 'Have Disk'. Click 'Browse'. Now browse to find the folder you unzipped/extracted, which was called '1.34 PS3' unless you renamed it. Keep browsing all the way down to the 'StandardFonts' subfolder. It's several levels deep.

    10. Once you are inside StandardFonts, you should see a file called OEMSETUP.INF. Select this file and then click Open.

    11. Click the OK button.

    12. A list of printers will appear. Scroll down the list and select 'OCE PlotWave 360 PS'.
      Image Removed, then click Next.

    13. Wait up to 30 seconds while the driver installs. Then click the Finish button.
    14. Now that the Luma driver is installed, go back to Step 4 in the previous section and double click the printer to add it.
